Shipping Terms & Information
Please review and double check your mailing address information before purchasing, you don’t want your new item sent to your old home or the wrong address. In the worst case scenario the package will get lost or stolen and you will not be able to be reimbursed!
In regards to the package contents (expensive usually one of a kind / rare, jewelry, clothing, and accessories) we recommend considering requiring a signature upon delivery instead of a drop off in front of a home or in some cases a mail box for your items. Please Note, you must be at the residence or business to sign for the item. If you are not USPS will continue to try to deliver (3-6) times, and if you are still not home they will reship to sender. This can delay your items arrival so please keep this in mind when picking “Signature Upon Delivery”.
We appreciate your business and want you to receive the special item you paid for! We will do everything in out power to help you locate your item if stolen but it is not within our responsibility to repay or reimburse for stolen property from post office, your home, and or business.
To our friends overseas, thank you for the site visit and we do ship to you! International Items come with a Trackable Customs Number, keep in mind this this is often not trackable once it leaves the perimiters of the U.S.
